As a Procurement Operations Specialist your responsibilities will be: 

  • Coordinate demands with internal demand owners and actively identify and pursue opportunities to optimize value.
  • Initiate and coordinate RFQ/RFI processes, negotiate terms, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with company policies and value thresholds.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) for local country materials and services such as promotional goods and co-packing materials.
  • Track and manage order confirmations.
  • Handle all related billing and payment processes.
  • Manage complaints and drive resolution with suppliers.
  • Represent procurement in small to medium business projects requiring sourcing support or dedicated procurement involvement.
  • Maintain and assure the quality of relevant master data related to negotiation and contracting (e.g., spend data, contractual terms, supplier info).
  • Document and report procurement KPIs (e.g., savings) regularly to support performance management within the area.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines and procurement policies.
  • Contribute to productivity enhancements, including initiating frame contracts or automation ideas (e.g., RPA).
  • Manage content for eCatalogues and other automated order channels to increase procurement automation.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain is considered a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably PP2); knowledge of SAP Ariba and SRM systems is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
