In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations across the group’s hotel units, ensuring a seamless employee experience and fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace culture. As an HR Manager, you will work closely with hotel management to support teams on-site and provide hands-on leadership in all HR functions, from employee relations to compliance, training, and benefits.
As an HR Manager for this leading group of companies in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full employee experience – from onboarding to offboarding – ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the hotel units
- Overseeing staff benefits and welfare, including securing employee accommodation, managing housing contracts, and ensuring staff living spaces are properly maintained
- Handling uniform distribution and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure all policies regarding uniforms and presentation are followed
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts and supporting team leaders in fostering a respectful and supportive culture
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and internal procedures to ensure compliance with Greek labor law and alignment with company standards
- Organizing and coordinating employee training programs, supporting both seasonal onboarding and ongoing development across departments
- Collaborating with hotel management and head office to support HR planning, performance improvement, and operational success
