As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to achieve commercial targets and profitability.
- Designs and executes action plans to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
- Expands the customer base and penetrates new markets.
- Oversees sales reporting and optimizes field activity planning.
- Supports business planning and proposes strategic initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
- Controls budget and operating expenses.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team.
- Conducts regular performance reviews and identifies training and development needs.
- Manages recruitment, team structure, and addresses performance management issues.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and ethical standards; promotes a culture of open communication.
- Maintains regular contact with key physicians to gather market insights and monitor trends.
The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:
- University or College degree required, a Master’s degree in Business or a relevant field is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in people management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and business-related software tools.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Solid knowledge and application of business acumen, cost leadership, change management, and innovation.
- Capable of crafting and delivering a compelling and inspiring sales strategy.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
