We are seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department at our award-winning resort on the coast of Greece. • Lead and oversee all aspects of the pastry and dessert operations across multiple outlets.
• Develop and execute seasonal, innovative dessert menus that reflect both modern techniques and Mediterranean influences.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage and mentor the pastry team, providing hands-on training and fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hospitality environment (preferably 5* hotels or Michelin-level restaurants).
• Strong knowledge of both classic and modern pastry techniques.
• Passion for flavor, detail, and aesthetics.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Greek or additional languages are an asset.
