Assistant Manager

The Bay Hotel & Suites, a 5-star beachfront resort in Vasilikos, Zakynthos, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our leadership team and support the daily operations of the hotel with professionalism for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Supervise all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance,  etc.) ensuring high-quality service standards
• Coordinate hotel staff to maintain operational efficiency
• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism
• Monitor and improve internal procedures and workflows
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Support administrative tasks and reporting to the General Management

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent command of the English language
• problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities
• Flexibility with working hours and ability to perform under pressure
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS Protel
