We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our headquarters in Thessaloniki city center.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally, providing support to both management and our real estate team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office activities
- Organize calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, mail, and general correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Support filing systems and internal procedures
- Provide administrative support to our real estate team
- Act as a liaison between agents, clients, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in administrative roles or office support
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English(written and spoken)
