Duties
and Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out
experience.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing
details.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure
guest satisfaction.

Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and
courteously.

Provide information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local
attractions.

Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage invoices
accurately.

Resolve guest concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented
approach.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report
preparation.
