• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership
• Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s premium identity
• Drive sales and meet KPIs through client-focused service and product knowledge
• Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent service
• Assist in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation
• Manage daily operations, including cash handling, scheduling and reporting
• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and maintain a clienteling mindset

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Store Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Proven experience in a similar role in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury brands
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for styling and fashion trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
• At least 2 years of previous working experience in similar position, preferable in luxury consumer products
