Technical Support Engineer

 The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:

• Provide expert technical support (remote & on-site) for industrial equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and operation, ensuring proper functionality
• Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records for all support activities
• Manage spare parts identification, ordering, and inventory tracking for equipment repairs
• Travel to customer sites for hands-on support, repairs, and to maintain strong customer relationships

 The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Engineer position should have:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Greek & English language
• Ability to travel is absolutely necessary
• Experience with machinery related to Quarries, Mining, Metal Recycling is a plus, but not a requirement
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Very good communication skills
