Required academic background, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering (M.Sc. degree is a strong asset)
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in LV and MV electrical systems and installations
- Proficiency in transient simulation tools (e.g., ATP-EMTP, EMTP-RV, PSCAD, PowerFactory)
- Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
- Previous exposure to the power, energy, defense, or industrial automation sectors; experience with surge protective devices and/or surge arresters is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
