Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.
- Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
- Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail.
