Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Description

• Support the implementation of all marketing activities according to MAPP
• Communication with the relevant agencies, following up on the approval process, in close collaboration with the Marketing colleagues
• Support the creation of contracts and all supplementary documents for interactions with HCPs in collaboration with Legal
• Implement corporate requirements for the tracking of HCP related activities in appropriate systems (Ariba, MAPP, navigator etc.)
• Supports the implementation of marketing projects
• Supports the creation and approval of promotional materials

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Science (Biology, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry)
• Computer literate
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Understanding of financials will be considered an asset
• Effective communication skills and proactive collaborator
• Customer orientation and critical thinking
• Demonstrates strong collaboration, adaptability and willingness to contribute to team decision and cross-functional efforts, even in changing environments  
• Maintain high standards of compliance, with solid knowledge of internal procedures, systems and organizational structures
• Invests in continuous self development, actively seeks feedback and supports others
