Alumil, a prominent leader in the production of architectural aluminum systems, is searching for a talented Product Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the development and enhancement of our product lines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions to our customers.
Your Role
The Product Engineer will be responsible for executing product development projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that high-quality standards are met and that products are aligned with market demands. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining Alumil's reputation for quality and innovation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align product specifications with customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve product-related issues and improve product offerings.
- Monitor product life cycles and make recommendations for updates, enhancements, and modifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, manuals, and design guidelines.
- Assist in creating training materials for internal staff and customers, ensuring they understand product features and benefits.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to suggest improvements and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Experience in the aluminium sector will be appreaciated
- Excellent understanding of engineering drafts
- Strong analytical skills and experience with product testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
