As a Category Buyer, you will:

• Drive strategic category management and foster innovation.
• Lead supplier relationships and manage associated risks.
• Deliver procurement targets through data-driven decisions and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships across functions.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic procurement insights

The ideal candidate for the position will have:

• University degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and business-level English.
• Around 4 years of experience in a relevant procurement role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strategic and innovative mindset.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset & collaborative attitude.
• Proven stakeholder relationship management.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
