ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a multinational leading digital platform for services and payments, is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Indirect Channels Account Manager.

 

Indirect Channels Account Manager (5984/ICAM/ESS/GR)

Position Summary:

As an Indirect Channels Account Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our partner ecosystem and driving sales growth through strategic alliances. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a proven ability to develop and nurture partnerships, ensuring the effective promotion of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with partners to expand sales channels and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate and support partners for the effective promotion of the company's services, providing training, marketing materials, and technical support through the collaboration with our company's internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that enhance promotion through partners.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, and compile reports to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Assess market trends and partner needs, identifying new sales and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high level of partner satisfaction by addressing their concerns and enhancing their experience with the company's services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting &F inance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of indirect sales experience.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software will be considered as an asset.
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
