Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum experience as
a Barman in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Bar / Restaurant.
- Basic principles of Bartending
& Mixology are required.
- In depth knowledge of F&B
Quality Service Sop’s is crucial.
- Excellent command of both
English and Greek language is essential.
- Very good knowledge of a second
foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Previous experience on POS
& Micros systems is more than welcomed.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic,
with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote.
- Excellent
Customer Service Skills.
- Problem
solving skills.
- Well groomed with strong
interpersonal skills.
