Business Analyst 

International financial company based in Eindhoven is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. Apply if you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document needs
• Support the implementation of new systems and solutions
• Provide insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Work in an international and dynamic team
• Trainings to develop your skills

We provide you with a house as close as possible to work. We offer a private room in a house with your colleagues. The cost of rent is around 200€ per week and includes water, electricity, gas and internet.

We take care of the transportation by finding you a car (either personal or shared with housemates)

Covered travel expenses to and from work (fuel card)

The respective employment contract is signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English)
