Randstad is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

then this role as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist is what you are looking for!

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and record monthly payroll data (time attendances, absences, sickness leaves, overtimes, bonuses, terminations).
  • Submit required forms to ERGANI (hirings, terminations, work schedules, digital card).
  • Be the main point of contact for the payroll of outsourced staff
  • Manage employees’ inquiries related to payroll and company’s benefits (e.g. medical insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers).
  • Tracking and recording changes in salaries, job titles, transfers, and organizational changes, and updating relevant ERP system.
  • Update group’s HRM system
  • Propose new employees benefits and analyze impact
  • Manage and coordinate employees’ benefits.
  • Collaborate with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing & payments.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
  • Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation and ensure practical implementation.
  • Analyze payroll data to prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal/external trainings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate should have the below for the Compensation & Benefits Specialist role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR is a strong plus.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of SCAN HRMS will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.

    Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.

    Strong attention to detail.
