About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality and consistency in our kitchen operations. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a specific section and contribute to the overall culinary excellence of the Blu experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a section of the kitchen with precision and professionalism.
  • Prepare and present dishes in line with Blu’s high culinary standards.
  • Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate in the creation of new menu items.
  • Participate in special event planning and execution.
  • Uphold food safety protocols and reduce waste.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent role (preferred in high-end hospitality).
  • Strong culinary knowledge, with a passion for Mediterranean and fusion cuisine.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
