Spa Therapist
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Position Summary:
The Spa Therapist will provide
professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to all
hotel guests and will report directly to the Hotel Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver
a variety of Spa treatments (body treatments, massages, facials) according to
company’s standards
- Schedule
guest appointments and recommend spa services and products to hotel guests
- Maintain
equipment in excellent condition and order stock products as needed
- Uphold
hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
- Be
up to date with market trends and respond to guests queries and expectations
- Resolve
guest complaints and inform the management about any incidents throughout the
spa area
- Frequently
check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service
Requirements:
- 2-3
years of experience as a Spa Therapist; prior experience in the luxury
hospitality industry will be preferred
- Massage
or Beautician Degree; license in aesthetics or physiotherapist will be
considered as an asset
- Excellent
knowledge of English language
- Pleasant
personality, team player, focused on accomplishing high quality results
