Production Officer

The responsibilities of the Production Officer will be the following:

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and TDRs as per planning department procedures
• Issue packaging purchase orders and coordinate material transfers with the warehouse
• Record production output and packaging material consumption post-production
• Monitor raw and packaging material stock levels in line with the production plan
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Enter finished goods data in SAP
• Support inventory control and stock accuracy
• Assist in product release in coordination with Quality Control

For the Production Officer role you need to have:

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical documentation and production support
• Good knowledge of English, written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to work on shifts and/or weekends 
• Experience using electronic systems like eQMS and LMS is highly desirable
