 Position: Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

 Reporting to: General Manager 

Intercool Hellas SA, based in Patras, Greece, a leading company in Commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, hard working and insightful Warehouse & Logistics Cordinatorr. 

Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible to maintain and monitor the inventory, the non moving stock, arrange delivery of orders, negotiate with transport companies, and monitor all incoming and outgoing supplies. This individual should have a strong background in Logistics, Imports/Exports, Order coordination, triangular sales and national & international transportation.

You Need to Have:

• Fluency in English & Greek (Italian will be considered as plus)
• Notable experience in similar position
• BS/BA degree in Logistics or supply chain is considered an asset.
• Relationship building and active communication skills
• Ability to plan, execute and forecast action plans.
• Effective communicator & negotiator with 3PL partners.
