Customer Support Engineer

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support to customers (phone, email, or on-site)
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Assist in preparing and tracking offers with the sales team
• Communicate with suppliers for special requests
• Support sales with technical input
• Visit customers for diagnostics or assistance
• Keep records of interactions and feedback
• Stay informed about products and industry trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or similar field)
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or sales support role
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial automation, pneumatics, or workshop equipment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
