This is a full-time hybrid role for a junior Loss Adjuster/Surveyor at VRS EXPERTEAM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing claims and gathering information, negotiating
settlements with policyholders and claimants, providing advice, and supporting
clients to minimize any future loss
- They will also serve as a point of contact
for all Loss Adjusting requirements and ensure that all assessments and claims
are handled with professionalism and according to our standards
While the role
is based in Athens office, remote work is strongly recommended to those not living in Athens to offer flexibility to the successful candidate.
Qualifications:
- A Higher education and/or Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering or in a similar field of study
- Financial or legal backgrounds are not excluded
- A 2 years of relevant professional experience in loss adjusting, surveying, claims management, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
- Fluent in English and Modern Greek
- Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
- Must show high integrity and ethical standards at work Personal Traits Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Professional approach, business acumen and strong / excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on teams in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
