Key Responsibilities
Wine Service: Provide expert wine recommendations and deliver professional wine service to enhance the guest dining experience
Wine Program: Manage the wine list, including selection, purchasing, stock rotation, and cellar organization
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable pairings
Team Training: Train and support the front-of-house team to build wine knowledge and service confidence
Events: Plan and execute wine dinners, tastings, and special wine-related events
Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, glassware care, and wine service etiquette
