We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bid Consultant to join a leading Big4 professional services firm.

As a Bid Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and conducting public tenders, including those related to EU co-funded projects.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of Law 4412/2016 and related public procurement legislation.
- Publishing tender documentation on official electronic platforms such as KIMDIS and ESIDIS.
- Uploading decisions and official documents on the DIAVGEIA transparency platform.
- Providing expert advice to the Procurement Department on public contract procedures and compliance matters.
- Managing and completing the publication process in the Official Journal of the European Union (DIAVGEIA).
To be considered for the Bid Consultant role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University Degree (AEI or equivalent)
- 5 years of relevant experience in public procurement and contracting services
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek public procurement legal framework (Law 4412/2016)
- Excellent command and operational experience with ESIDIS, KIMDIS, and the DIAVGEIA publication system.
- Proven involvement in projects for General Government entities, focusing on public tender support and procurement consulting services.
