Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, reconciliation, and submission of supervisory reports, including regular and ad hoc Capital Adequacy reports, Pillar 3 disclosures, FINREP, FX Position, and other regulatory deliverables
- Ongoing monitoring of developments in the regulatory and legal framework affecting the financial sector
- Analysis and interpretation of new regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on internal processes and reporting obligations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel , as well as Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both English and Greek, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of numerical data under tight deadlines, especially during peak reporting periods
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of accountability
