Responsibilities

As a Junior Nutrition Manager – Paediatrics, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of brand initiatives for paediatric nutrition products.
• Coordinating with agencies and internal teams to create scientific and promotional materials tailored to healthcare professionals and caregivers.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable scientific and regulatory frameworks in all communication.
• Participating in relevant medical events and paediatric congresses.
• Monitoring sales data, campaign effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Handling product feedback in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree (MBA or similar) is considered a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in brand or product management, ideally in the medical, OTC, or health & wellness sectors.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with healthcare or nutrition-related sectors is desirable
• Comfort working with digital tools and platforms
