Construction Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our team and support the execution of a high-end residential development project. As a Construction Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on-site.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that works are executed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report on milestones to the Project Manager.
• Ensure that all works comply with applicable codes, permits, safety regulations, and design requirements.
• Assist in cost tracking, material take-offs, and procurement coordination.
• Maintain accurate technical records and project documentation.
• Participate in quality control and site inspections throughout the construction phase

For the  Construction Engineer  position, you need to have:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building construction, ideally in residential or luxury housing projects.
• Familiarity with modern construction materials and methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project).
• Professional working knowledge of English (written & spoken)
