 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – B2B (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

📍 Location: Metamorfosis | 🕒 Full-time | 🌍 Europe-focused

Intercool Europe is a leading provider of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration solutions. We're looking for a driven and technically minded Sales Executive to help expand our reach and serve our growing portfolio of B2B clients. If you have a background in HVAC-R sales and enjoy working in a solution-oriented environment — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients
  • Promote and sell air conditioning and refrigeration systems tailored to customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client presentations to negotiations and closing
  • Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to develop client-specific solutions
  • Track market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Represent Intercool Europe at client visits across your assigned territory

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferably 2+ years of B2B sales experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or HVAC
  • Technical understanding of cooling systems, refrigeration cycles, and commercial HVAC products
  • Strong management, interpersonal and negotiation skills – you’re confident in front of clients
  • Experience collaborating with and further developing sales teams
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with a solution-selling mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly across your territory or region
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
