                                                                                     Senior Accounting Officer

Job Description

• Works hand in hand with tax and accounting professionals to help manage clients’ tax compliance (e.g., CIT, VAT, other tax returns, etc.) and reporting needs.
• Supports the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the new Greek standards and international accounting standards, as well as monthly accounting processes.
• Establishes, maintains, and strengthens internal and external relationships with clients to ensure that services delivered by the team are of the highest quality and provide timely added value.
• Guides and develops team members.

Candidate Profile

• Βachelor’s degree in Αccounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration 
• Preferably 4-5 years of relative working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Experience and knowledge of accounting and tax compliance, financial reporting and ERP systems knowledge such as SAP, Softone, Atlantis, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
