ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Greek food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team.

Human Resources Manager (5981/HRM/ESS/GR)

 

Requirements:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all employees regarding issues related to their daily work environment, working conditions, rights, and obligations.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Launch cross-functional initiatives and ambassador programs to boost collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Shape value-based hiring strategies focused not only on skills but also character and cultural alignment.
  • Foster a culture of meaningful feedback through one-to-one coaching sessions and team development frameworks.
  • Establish a structured employee development and training roadmap to support lifelong learning Integrated.
  • Supervise the payroll program, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resources management processes.



Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University studies in Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and HR databases.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in another senior HR Executive role.
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to develop strategy and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
