About the role
As a Guest Experience Agent/Host, you will be responsible for managing the in-house and post-stay experiences for our guests. Your role is to ensure that every guest receives personalized, world-class service, and their needs and expectations are exceeded at every stage of their stay. You will be the face of the resort, greeting guests, managing their requests, and ensuring they have a seamless and memorable experience. Your knowledge of the resort, local attractions, and services will allow you to anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations, ensuring that every detail is taken care of.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations and fosters customer loyalty.
- Build positive relationships with guests while maintaining a professional and attentive manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver immediate assistance when requested.
- Ensure that all in-house guest requests are promptly met, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and organize a warm welcome and a fond farewell for individual guests.
- Communicate guest arrivals, preferences, and special requests to relevant departments.
- Collect guest preferences throughout their stay and tailor experiences accordingly.
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct, maintaining high grooming standards.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Ensure your work area is always clean and maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist with any additional duties as directed by the Guest Relations/Hosts Team Leader or management.
Skills, qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Butler, Receptionist, or Guest Relations agent in a five-star hospitality environment
- Excellent command of the English language (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in computer programs, including MS Office, Excel, and Opera
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Business or Management qualifications are desirable.
