The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Shift Team Leader will be the following:

• Adhering to the company's Quality Policy and ensuring compliance with applicable operational standards and legal regulations.
• Performing duties in line with the documented Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Guidelines, and Protocols that form part of the company's Quality Management System relevant to this role.
• Maintaining hygiene standards and monitoring health status in accordance with established Policies and SOPs.
• Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and proper documentation protocols across all areas of responsibility.
• Carrying out all tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assigning manufacturing staff on the shift to specific roles based on their skills and qualifications, ensuring all positions are appropriately filled.

For the Manufacturing Shift Team Leader role you need to have:

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of team leading experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Computer literacy.
• CIP/SIP/Filling/Manufacturing/Autoclave operations.
• Team-management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Organization skills
