The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Define short-term objectives, set annual priorities, forecast sales and profits, and predict expenditures to align with business goals.
• Budget Management: Allocate budget resources effectively, and prepare, and approve the budget in accordance with short-term plans and organizational needs.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across various departments, including Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other divisions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Performance Optimization: Drive productivity improvements, optimize operational practices, establish performance metrics, and implement technological advancements in processes.
• Talent Acquisition and Leadership: Recruit and integrate senior executives, fostering a high-performing leadership team.
• Annual Audits and Risk Management: Develop and execute annual audit plans, identify risks, enforce control measures, manage resource allocation audits, and prepare financial reports.

The Plant Manager must possess the following:

• Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within an industrial environment or in a senior leadership position related to finance or supply chain management in an industrial setting
• BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Organization, or related fields from an accredited institution
• Excellent command of Greek and English language
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, WMS systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong understanding of production processes and systems.
• Familiarity with food quality assurance systems.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of commercial and industrial legislation.
