Front Office Manager

The Bay Hotel & Suites, a distinguished 5-star beachfront resort located in Vasilikos, Zakynthos, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front office and guest relations
• Manage, train, and motivate front office staff to ensure top-level performance
• Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and maintain high guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) for seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records and generate front office reports
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and health & safety protocols
• Support revenue optimization through upselling and guest engagement

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory or managerial role at a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Protel, Fidelio, Opera) and MS Office
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours
