Overview:
Supports the Customer Development
Manager to the efficient execution and coordination of Trade Marketing related
programs, preparation on Canvass instructions, visibility and activities for all
retail channel, ensuring the return on investment through maximum exposure bellow the line activities. Provides the Sales Force all tools,
instructions and materials to support them to execute their Sales and
Merchandising responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Along with the Customer
Development Manager, manage instore activation plan that links Corporate Brand
building activities and Product Development activities with Sales activities.
- Works closely and ensures
alignment with the Sales and
Marketing teams on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Actively monitors execution of plan to ensure that targets are being
met - Identify customer opportunities and propose actions making the brands
more competitive
- Owns responsibility for
the development, execution, and excellent performance of all tools designed to increase distribution and in-store
presence.
- Brief agencies to
develop and implement concepts/ materials that support shopper and marketing
initiatives (e.g displays, POSM) utilizing customers’ tools.
- Contributes to the
Company’s goals and objectives and improves market share, customer satisfaction
and productivity performance.
- TPRs & A&Ps Budget
monitoring and reporting
- Contributes in the
development of Sales booklets and Trade presentations, monitors and measures
trade - related activities in cooperation with the Marketing Team
- Establishes and
maintains relationships with agents and key end users aiming to optimize market
awareness and customer service.
- Monitors and reports
competitive activities.
