Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Draft and post clear, attractive, and targeted job advertisements across appropriate channels (job boards, social media, agencies).
• Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep all records up to date.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and maintain relationships with universities and schools.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team.
• Qualifications/Experience
• At least five year’s experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Athens and Santorini
• Excellent English & Greek language with the ability to write and speak effectively.
