As a Tender Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing quantity take-offs and validating material requirements based on technical documentation.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates in line with project specifications and industry benchmarks.
• Reviewing tender documentation to identify critical deliverables, constraints, and client needs.
• Developing and submitting comprehensive technical and financial proposals in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Ensuring all submissions comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

To succeed in the Tender Specialist role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 4 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or project pricing within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English
