Maintenance Supervisor

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor will be the following:

• Planning and supervising preventive and corrective electrical and maintenance work.
• Identifying, diagnosing and repairing electrical and maintenance faults in production lines and automation.
• Supervising and guiding a technical team.
• Maintaining maintenance records, safety instructions and technical documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve technical problems.
• Participating in equipment upgrade projects and installation of new machines.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and certification requirements.

For the position of Maintenance Supervisor you must have:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (University/Technical University).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• Very good knowledge of electrical and automation.
• Experience in team management and organizing technical interventions.
• Good knowledge of English and computers.
• Communication & organizational skills.
• Coordination and problem solving.
• Focus on results.
• Decisiveness and responsibility.
• Teamwork.
