Business Operations Analyst

An industry leader in the energy and clean technology sector is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a key operational division. This role is crucial for enhancing internal efficiency by monitoring and analyzing KPIs and FPIs, with the goal of providing actionable insights that directly influence strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business needs into clear, data-driven reports to support the organization's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will have to:

• Monitor and analyze internal KPIs and FPIs, generating regular reports and actionable recommendations for performance improvement
• Conduct data integrity checks, identifying potential errors and resolving them through statistical methods and data merging techniques
• Gather and evaluate business needs from different departments to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Create and present clear, structured reports and presentations to divisional management
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand and upgrade existing processes
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools (ideally Microsoft Power BI) to develop compelling dashboards and visualizations
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across all involved departments
• Provide support for strategic analysis and the creation of comprehensive business cases
• Develop and implement a robust modeling methodology for addressing business problems or processes, with the goal of continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to internal regulations and procedures

To be considered for this Business Operations Analyst role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of prior professional experience in operations, data analysis, or process management

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or other BI tools
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical reports and visualized data
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
