We are
looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our
business development efforts in Greece. You will be responsible for
acquiring new clients, building strong long-term relationships, and promoting
our logistics services – particularly domestic and international road
transport, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
This is a
key position in our regional growth strategy. If you have a passion for
logistics, a strong sales track record, and knowledge of the Greek transport

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales
strategy for the Greek market in line with company goals
- Identify and approach new B2B
customers in key sectors (e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing)
- Promote company services such
as: international and domestic transport, warehousing, and
distribution
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitable and
sustainable cooperation
- Manage the entire sales cycle –
from lead generation to contract closing
- Build and maintain strong,
long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Cooperate with internal teams
(operations, finance, customer service) to ensure high service standards
- Monitor market trends,
competition, and opportunities for expansion
- Prepare and present sales
forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of
experience in B2B sales, preferably in transport, logistics, or supply
chain
- Proven ability to generate new
business and close sales deals
- Deep knowledge of the Greek
logistics/transport market
- Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken) –
daily communication with international team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving
mindset
- Ability to work independently
and manage time and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office,
CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Driving license and readiness
for business travel across Greece & Europe
