Blu offers an all-day dining
experience that includes brunch, and dinner, with a focus on high-end fusion
cuisine, premium cuts, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, and
globally inspired culinary craftsmanship. The setting blends high-end elegance
with relaxed sophistication, accompanied by a resident DJ who curates soulful
sounds to complement the views, the ambiance, and the food.
Blu is seeking for: Head Waiter
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth and elegant daily
operations.
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service to guests in line with luxury
hospitality standards.
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and service flow during peak dining
hours.
- Ensure clear communication between service and kitchen teams for timely and
accurate service.
- Train, coach, and motivate wait staff to deliver consistent and elevated
guest experiences.
- Assist guests with food and wine selections, offering confident menu and
pairing recommendations.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Uphold the visual presentation and cleanliness of the dining area at all
times.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and inventory checks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter or senior service staff in a
fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and modern service techniques.
- Professional, elegant presence with strong communication and leadership
skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure.
- Passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
