ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a multinational leading digital platform for services and payments, is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Sales Account Executive.

                                              Sales Account Executive (5983/SAE/ESS/GR)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding existing and emerging markets. This role requires passionate professionals and deep understanding of customer success and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Foster a cooperative and dynamic environment within the organization to achieve collective success.
  • Continuously assess the Greek market to spot trends and opportunities relevant to company’s product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while overseeing budgets and timelines.
  • Track product performance using key metrics, analyze cost structures, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor competitors and market shifts to ensure company’s products remain innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to ensure product goals are met and market needs are addressed.
  • Effectively communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management and financial services.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Sales Performance Metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
