Middleware Engineer

ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the most dynamic telecommunications companies in Europe, is looking for a Middleware Engineer to join their team.

Middleware Engineer (5960/ME/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Research, determine and propose solutions for IS systems integration using Oracle Middleware products (OSB, SOA Suite).
• Formulate and deliver enterprise-level functional designs leveraging Oracle Middleware modules.
• Participate in all phases of IT strategic roadmap projects: pre-planning, blueprinting, realization, final preparation and go-live/support.
• Configure Oracle Middleware to meet design criteria for assigned strategic projects.
• Provide system maintenance, 2nd level support, and troubleshooting for integration platforms and solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Java and development of SOAP / REST Web Services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle SOA Suite Composites (BPEL).
• Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL / Oracle SQL) and PL/SQL.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
