The role we are looking for:

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent – Receptionist (full time 12 months employment) for Domotel Kastri. The objectives of this professional are to act proactively towards the guests anticipating and fulfilling their needs, to ensure that guests additional requests are met within the limits set by the Hotel Management, to continuously perform so that all necessary services are diligently offered and to be alert for the safety of all. The ideal candidate must have an excellent sense of hospitality and very good communication skills, able to build and maintain excellent relationships with guests.

• Degree in Tourism/Hospitality
• At least 2 years working experience in an equivalent role in a hotel
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel management software Protel is a must.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
• Ability to act as a team member and value teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive and target oriented results.
