The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be the following:

• Oversee and participate in all essential stages of the production process, providing guidance to operators and team leaders, and reporting any issues directly to the Production Manager
• Monitor daily operational status of mechanical equipment, ensure proper labeling, and verify compliance with environmental conditions such as relative humidity (RH) and temperature in production areas
• Take ownership of training, mentoring, and developing production staff and team leaders to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate closely with the designated individual responsible for in-process quality controls
• Drive productivity by setting shift-specific performance targets and ensuring consistent follow-up and reporting

For the Production Supervisor role you need to have:

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of English, written and verbal
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work on shifts and/or weekends when needed
