As a Category Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Translate shopper behavior and retail data into actionable development plans for specific categories
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account teams to design strategies that strengthen in-store presence and category performance
- Conduct retail audits and space analysis to optimize assortment and planogram efficiency
- Build compelling, data-supported proposals for retailers that support mutual growth
- Monitor key performance indicators and assess the impact of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain tools and dashboards to support commercial performance tracking
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including research agencies and retailer collaborators
