On behalf of our client, a Hospitality Technology Company, UWORC is recruiting a Sales Officer for a permanent placement.
The Sales Officer will play a critical role in driving the company’s expansion by identifying and building relationships with independent hotel partners. This position requires proactive lead generation, on-the-ground outreach, CRM management, and strategic collaboration with the Business Development team. You’ll be a key player in shaping the company’s sales pipeline and contributing directly to its customer growth and market presence.

The Role:
- Conduct market research using OTAs, industry reports, and local networks to identify potential hotel partners
- Initiate contact with hotel owners via phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits, or other channels
- Physically visit hotels to gather information, identify decision-makers, and develop relationships
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand your professional network and generate leads
- Follow up with potential partners consistently after first contact
- Build rapport by understanding hotel needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Cultivate and maintain a professional network within the hospitality sector
- Keep an organized database of all contacted hotels, including contact details, progress, and action items
- Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s CRM
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Business Development Manager
- Align sales efforts with the company’s strategic plan alongside the Business Development Manager
- Join in planning sessions to prioritize target markets and refine the sales approach
- Offer ideas to improve processes and increase lead conversion
- Collect information on prospective hotel partners: room types, floor plans, historical KPIs (e.g., occupancy, ADR)
- Research ADR and occupancy data for similar hotels in the area
- Support feasibility analysis for new business opportunities
Skills That Can Make You Outstand in This Role

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Analytical thinking and research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel for site visits and networking
- Knowledge of the local hospitality landscape is a plus
- Exposure to a fast-changing and exciting market
