Customer Insights Specialist (Ref. 5937/CIS/ESS/GR) - Hybrid
About the Role:
As a key member of the Customer Relations team, the Customer Insights Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy through the extraction and analysis of customer and market insights. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends and behaviors and transforming data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic and operational decisions across the organization. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the customer experience, product assortment, and overall brand positioning in a highly competitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Relations Department by providing actionable customer and market insights.
- Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer research to identify emerging trends and evolving customer expectations.
- Analyze internal and external data, including customer feedback and market benchmarks, to generate strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer satisfaction, competition, product assortment and market trends.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and commercial teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
- Provide ongoing support to multiple departments by delivering insights that drive shopper-centric decisions.
